Having competed in various sports from an early age, reaching national levels in kickboxing and trampolining, I’ve learned a lot about different methods to stay fit and healthy while avoiding injuries and enabling my body to always be ready for the next event.
Throughout my personal training career, I developed my programme to help people to have an “always ready body”. This might not be for the next kickboxing competition but maybe to run and catch the bus or to be able to play with your kids or grand-kids in the garden. It’s all a matter of perspective but those are all important things in life, aren’t they?

I decided that I needed to lose weight and improve fitness so I started with Cesny in September 2020 and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. We started with face to face sessions in the gym which were very rewarding and enjoyable but lockdown intervened and we switched to online sessions which have been great for keeping me on track. I was a complete novice and Cesny has enabled me to become a healthier and fitter version of myself, by both tailoring exercise programmes and educating me on the importance of nutrition. I would thoroughly recommend Cesny as a Personal trainer, my weight loss and increased fitness and health endorse this - but now I need a new wardrobe!
Cesny is a high quality personal trainer! he has trained a number of our members at our gym (Stronger Fitness and Martial Arts) in South London and everyone had excellent feedback on his training methods, knowledge and standards. I can't recommend him enough!
I have been working with Cesny for over two years – first in face-to-face training sessions in the gym and then over video during the recent lock-downs. In recent months, Cesny has trained both me and my wife in the same session, which has worked better than I thought it could. I can’t recommend Cesny more highly – he is thoughtful, creative and knows how/when to push me without ever being pushy. Our routines change every session and he keeps things changing so we’re never bored and we’re always progressing. This has continued even though we’ve moved to video and that is working just fine for us though I do miss the kick-boxing! Thank you Cesny for all of the time and effort with Fiona and me!
