My fitness philosophy is about helping you feel better in your everyday life. Your body is designed to move in certain ways to help you run, throw a ball or even bend without groaning.
We will focus on using exercises that emphasize unilateral movements, core engagement and body rotations to help you achieve the best version of you.
I also offer nutritional advice if you desire to lose some extra weight.

Having competed in various sports from an early age, reaching national levels in kickboxing and trampolining, I’ve learned a lot about different methods to stay fit and healthy while avoiding injuries and enabling my body to always be ready for the next event.

Throughout my personal training career, I developed my programme to help people to have an “always ready body”. This might not be for the next kickboxing competition but maybe to run and catch the bus or to be able to play with your kids or grand-kids in the garden. It’s all a matter of perspective but those are all important things in life, aren’t they?
